Reporting Issues: If you discover any defects or damage, please contact our store within three (3) business days of delivery or pickup. We will thoroughly assess each claim and determine the most suitable solution while preserving the integrity of the product's design

Replacement and Exchanges: In cases where the product being returned or exchanged is no longer available, Prairie Furniture reserves the right to replace it with an equivalent item. All returns, exchanges, or services must be authorized by our Customer Service Department. We may request photos of the product(s) you wish to return to assist in the evaluation process.
